Susan Elizabeth Moore / Susan Notter / Elizabeth Moore

In 1978 I completed my first working year in the hospitality industry and was heading to culinary school; my Chef handed me a dessert book with the inscription “One day you will think this is all Just a Piece of Cake”.

I look back over the past 40 years with a deep appreciation that “Just a Piece of Cake” has led me to international competitions, world- wide travel, new languages, cultures and to educating and hopefully inspiring many young culinarians.

It is now 2022 and I am finally opening my very own business, a retail chocolate shop where I can offer high quality ethically sourced chocolate and confections based on recipes and techniques gathered from my years of experience in a field that I am truly passionate about.

So who is Elizabeth Moore?

She is the 19-year-old girl that left England full of dreams and excitement, she became Susan Notter and is now ready to showcase her love of confectionery as the owner and founder of Elizabeth Moore Chocolates.
